If a user believes they were given an unfair punishment, they usually have the right to appeal it to the Staff Management Department. When handing out punishments, our management and High Rank teams try to be as fair as possible, but sometimes misjudgments can be made.

• Individuals must wait two weeks between appeals.
• One or several good reasons as to why the individual thinks the punishment was unfair or was wrongfully given must be listed.
• The person appealing is not allowed to attempt to rush the High Rank assisting.
• The appeal should include evidence, if possible (e.g., screenshots, recordings, etc.)
