The Earning Opportunities page is a way to let our employees know of all the ways they can begin earning at Delights! We’ve tried to include many ways you can start earning Robux by joining the team along with tutorials on how to set up tips!

Tipping is an important way for employees to earn extra Robux while working at Delights Bakery. Only employees are eligible to receive tips, and they must set up their tips beforehand. Once an employee has set up their tips, anyone can use the "!tip" command to give them a tip. Alternatively, customers can choose to tip an employee after they have ordered from them. By setting up tips and providing excellent service, employees can increase their earnings at Delights Bakery.
Some examples of successful earnings are located in the #donations channel on our Discord server. People have earned thousands of Robux from this method.
Delights Bakery offers several Staff of the Month opportunities, including LR of the Month, MR of the Month, HR of the Month, and SR of the Month. At the end of each month, employees can be nominated for their respective categories by other employees and customers. The employee with the most votes in their category will earn a special role in Discord (with a color of their choosing), a Robux prize, and a statue in-game. This is a great opportunity for employees to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to Delights Bakery.
