The Cashier & Baking systems for Delights allows our staff members to submit orders and for them to be sent seamlessly to the kitchen for them to create. In order to swift service, staff must know how to utilize this system properly.

STEP 1 • Cashiers must greet our customers in a warm, and polite manner. All greetings must welcome the customers into the bakery, and ask them what they would like. Remember that the art of conversation is a great way to bond with our customers - ask them how their day was!
STEP 2 • Input the customer's username into the system, this will unlock a new interface that will allow Cashiers to select the beverages and pastries our customers requested. Utilize the sidebar in order to find specific items quickly. Clicking them will add them to the order list. You have 3 slots, click the numbers 1-3 in order to select the slot, then input the correct items.
STEP 3 • Job done! You may now submit the order to the kitchen and go to create their order. You may now tell the customers they can take a seat and wait for the order to magically appear in their inventory once it's ready.

STEP 1 • Once a customer has placed an order, it will appear on the Baker Board. If you're first in line, you can claim it.
STEP 2 • The food preparation sequence is actually very simple. We wanted it this way so that orders would be given out at a quick pace, and so younger members of our staff team can cope. All you need to do is follow the arrow to the appliances, and do the steps. Once the order is completed, it will appear at the Pickup Station in a paper bag. All done!
